Very peaceful, lovely clean appartment, very helpful. Fantastic, no washing up to do. Beautiful and clean beach. Will definitely go back again.

We had a room on the lower floor with doors out to a patio and table and chairs. Room was excellent. Large spacious bathroom with large shower and separate deep bath. Room was spotless and could not fault anything.

Lovely room. We had an evening meal in the bar and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was an excellent selection of cold buffet and cooked options. Again, lovely and very friendly attentive staff. If you want a tranquil location then do go and you won’t be disappointed.

Warm and friendly hosts nothing too much bother yummy breakfast the rooms are immaculate….. cosy comfy beds what else could one ask for???? I added another 2nights to my booking as didn’t want to leave

A gorgeous manor house-style hotel with so much charm! The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the bar was cosy and the continental breakfast was lovely. There are beautiful walks nearby, and the town is only a 10-minute drive away. Would happily recommend!

Great food, fab hotel!

We had a brilliant stay at Tor Na Coille Hotel in Banchory and would happily return. The standout feature was definitely the team there, every member of the team was incredibly warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices. Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast. Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite. Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends.

This is one of my favourite Hotels, the location is superb and the rooms have recently been upgraded so a very enjoyable stay. The first room we got had a vent outside which didn't bother me but as my wife is a light sleeper we requested a swap and got a double upgrade, so happy days.

Would definitely recommend staying. Great position, on main street
