Our only issue were the door handles. The property had to provide instructions on how to use the handle and it was not real helpful. We were standing in the snow freezing trying to follow the instructions. It took so long we had to go sit in the car for a few minutes to warm up. I imagine this must have been an issue for others which explains the instructions and it was equally hard to get ok of the room each day. I would suggest changing the handles. It made us feel unsafe to be stuck inside not able to get out."
