Great location. Fantastic views. The only part of an otherwise wonderful experience was the initial front staff that checked us in. He was rude and condescending. All other staff that I interacted with were delightful and extremely helpful.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Excellent location, great open spaces and amazing gourmet restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The only idea I have for the staff is to add some additional lighting to the rooms since it was hard to see without brighter lights.

This is a really beautifully designed hotel in a great location but they let themselves down in small and simple ways. The bedroom was large and beautiful, the bed really comfortable, the room nice and quiet. The restaurant has great food and service. It was fantastic to be able to go and see the Geyser early morning with hardly anyone else around, given the vast numbers of tourists visiting it later in the day. The places they let themselves down are breakfast - the coffee is self serve from a machine and very disappointing, the orange juice far from fresh and they would only provide moisturising cream in the room if you paid extra for it (large numbers of tourists bring carry on luggage only and therefore rely on these items given liquid restrictions through airports). Given the quality of the hotel and the price point these small things are noticeable in terms of service and care (and cheaply and easily rectified).
