We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Such a cute little property. We stayed for one night as a travelling group of three females. We stayed in a room made up for three and it was so cosy and well presented. Staff were really friendly and super happy to have us there. Would recommend particularly for the cable car to Oeschien which is literally across the road! Excellent, thankyou!

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. Great hotel

The hotel has a charming vintage-style design, with beautiful decorative pieces displayed throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and included a balcony, as well as two sleeping areas separated by a curtain. The only downsides were the shower, where it was difficult to control the water temperature, and the breakfast, which was basic. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience!
