Good on-strip location, but rooms nothing special
First impression of hotel stay was not good, 2 hours to check in with queues stretching long into the distance and this was at 8PM on a Sunday! Every day seemed to be the same problems with checking in and there is no electronic option available as there are at other hotels on the strip. The same problem occurred when I needed to extend our stay by one day, and again the queue was over an hour. The staff at the reception desk all looked exhausted and miserable, but then again I would if I had to deal with that many irritated customers stuck in a 2 hour queue.
The rooms however are very clean and in good condition, but nothing really special and have even less facilities than a basic travel lodge type hotel. No, coffee maker, no fridge (chargeable), no room service after 2pm. not even shower gel in the bathroom. However, I would say that the bed was very comfortable and gave a good nights sleep.
After all of the lengthy queuing checking in I was dreading, checking out, but in fact it was fast and simple using the electronic check-out machine, which just gives the impression that the hotel wants to delay you getting in and then get rid of you as fast as possible. Not the best customer service experience I have had.
