About this property

1 block from UW; centrally located in Laramie

  • Great location! Stay here & you`re basically ON campus! This updated basement apartment has everything you need for one night or many. Full kitchen and free washer & dryer included with a lot of room to spread out.

    We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

    The beautiful University of Wyoming campus is less than one block away!

    Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

    The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
    Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
