"The room was fantastic and I loved the bathroom. Marble tile and premium glass. The staff was extremely helpful with everything and even printed documents I received email. We spent an afternoon in the spa and had a relaxing 90 min massage. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and definitely worth it. Overall it was one of the nicest and most accommodating hotels I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to many hotels that cost much more and didn’t come close to providing the experience I got at Crown Plaza Vientiane. We’ll definitely be returning for a holiday with the children next time. A truly excellent experience! Thank you staff!"

"Concerning the maintenance of the room, past experience was great but in this booking for 2 twins river view which i paid. My colleague was given a room (529) that has smell of cigarettes smoke usage. The first attempt to switch was not possible according to front desk person who claimed no room available. I had to request a supervisor to intervene to made switch possible for my colleague. I hope this is not a standard of a high status hotel which i frequently used when i am in Vientiane"

"Charming property towards the edge of town, designed with rooms around a pretty pool and garden area. Staff were all lovely and very helpful, though only a few spoke much English. Room was comfortable but the furniture was a little shabby. Restaurant was very good. It would help if hotel had a shuttle that could take you to and from the centre of town, but they do have bicycles which we used daily. "
