Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities.The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

Very notable - the hotel supplied a local smartphone which allowed free unlimited international phone calls and web access. Brilliant idea - no roaming charges

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars.
