"The check in staff are always polite and efficient even late in the evening. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel is getting a bit dated and worn, but certainly more than adequate for a short stay or layover. Extremely convenient in that you walk from inside the terminal directly to the hotel."

"We have stayed many times. Love the location at MOKO mall with shops, restaurants and the Mongkok East train connected to Hong Kong Island via Admiralty Station. Room okay size for a city hotel. There is no bar in the hotel but on the 19th floor there is a massive lounge for guests to sit at. We don’t use the gym or pool this time but have done so previously."

"Great hotel for our Disney stay. Room was perfect size for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool is great for kids of all ages. A great way to spend the morning before heading to the parks. Shuttle bus to the park is frequent, the walk to the park is 15 mins and nice when it’s not too warm. We only ate at the bistro on property, food was decent Transit access into downtown is accessible and easy to navigate. Clean, well maintained, excellent staff.this is our second time staying here and will be choosing this hotel for our next hong kong Disney trip."
