"The food is not good and it is terrible overpriced, they add gratuity to everything, the wait staff isnt friendly except for Lot Lot. The bartenders are like robots, dont interact dont smile, like if they were doing you a favor making a drink. The money is guaranteed so why give good service. I think that the service industry is worse when tips are added to the check instead of giving what the service deserves. I used tonlove this hotel. After the last time, I am never going back."

"The breakfast area is never open. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s been both times. The pool area is very clean. The furniture is a little outdated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"came back from meeting and had dinner plans took elevator up rite next to my room and my room had no electricity the hallway was dark the hotel said they would move me immediately but after sitting in lobby for over 3 hours they told me it's back on not their fault mine one the only room missed business meeting dinner it was a Tuesday hotel was not full it's off season also bed was on the floor 12 inches bed stand with mattress did not work for me way to Euro Low"

"Overall a very good visit. Staff was super friendly at the front desk and during breakfast servers were very attentive and super friendly. The hotel itself is a bit rundown, needs many repairs and updating. However it was clean."
