#### Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood.

The home was really nice. It had enough a space to accommodate everyone. My only recommendations would be to maybe have a few more towel or washcloths. But the host was amazing. Everything went smoothly.

The property was fair but needed some repairs. The guest room bathroom barely had water pressure and there were not enough bath linens for two people. The home also needed some minor repairs to the inside so it was not depicted in photos. Plus ghe trash

#### It has its pros and cons.

Pros: Nice & quiet place. Beds were comfortable. Foosball table is a plus. Location is very close to FL Turnpike. Cons: Found live cockroaches in the living room and bathroom. There's no Master Bedroom, so 3 bedrooms share the same small bathroom. There's no toaster oven. Back patio is big but there's nothing there. A pool back there would have been so much better. Neighborhood is not that great.

Very good experience staying here. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. The place was nice and clean and ready for us. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood but there were cameras. I felt safe. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.
