This luxury resort style community includes 2 pools, one is located right on the intercostal with water and yacht views; 2 hot tubs , full gym and sauna, pool table, business center, large club room with a bar overlooking the marina, restaurant, valet parking and 24 hours security. 5 minutes drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants and spas.

Condo association must do a background check $100 processing fee per married couple. If not married, $100 fee per person. Per association guidelines, minimum stay is 28 days. TIME NEEDED for association to receive and review paperwork. At least 14 days notice PRIOR TO STAY AT RENTAL is required.
