Our reservation got not accounted for our Thursday night stay. The day attendant tried very hard and found it in your records. She actually noticed that we had two reservations, but they had not been properly entered as your computer system had a glitch in it on Monday evening when we requested a possible stay on Thursday night as well as the Mon thru Wed stay. We were put in room 418 for Thurs. Nice room but I would recommend a light in the large corner of the room. A floor lamp would be appropriate. Also, that corner big enough to put a nice chair in. It looks empty and at nice it is more or less useless space. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay in room next door with the double queens and the sleeper couch. Wish we could have kept it for Thurs. Love your remodel of the hotel rooms. I look at rooms all over the area of the places we go to and yours by far had the nicest looking rooms. We would come back but next time we will go thru your chain and not Expedia type group.

Thought it was unnecessary for cards instructing guests how to tip the staff. You are part of the Hilton chain and the room s are much more expensive then others comparable to the area I just found it extremely tacky ! And the cards were all over the place !Sorry Michelle in Housekeeping but I leave what and when I want definitely NOT WHEN ASKED TERRIBLE

The room was not cleaned at all nor replenish the coffee products I used for the next day ,I had to go downstairs after calling the front desk because no one answered the phone so I could ask for more towels and coffee ,sugar and creamer, the breakfast was a mad house so we had to go out to eat breakfast and pay at a diner both days .the pillows were horribl. The refrigerator froze every thing we put in there,

Nice Hotel! Choose this Hotel since a Tesla Supercharger was near. Our room was on the first floor and there was a door going to the parking lot as well the stairs to the upper floors was across our room. In the night, it was constantly opening and closing. The sound was terrible and kids making noise while climbing up the stairs were terrified during the sleep. Personally it affected our stay. I tried to speak to the gentleman at the reception and felt like he is sick and was wearing a mask. So, didn’t get a change in room. I have a leg injury and I can’t walk too much or use stairs often. That’s why we said first floor, but never thought the troubles behind it.

All in all we had a wonderful time but that’s because that’s the way we are. We love the conjoining rooms we enjoyed there was an option for breakfast. The pool is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and I was so happy that when I asked for pillows, they brought them up right away …that really put a bright turn on things . The problem though is that the breakfast wasn’t so good. The coffee was very bad and it was just very lackluster for the price. I mean we had two rooms 1300 and change and we just didn’t expect the front desk to look like a motel . Also the employees in general do not really seem very happy or pleasant or friendly but either way we had a great time I would go to courtyard next time I think.

We stayed here for one night during our road trip and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Free parking was also a big plus. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall, we had no complaints. Great place for a comfortable overnight stay!

Rediscovering Hampton Inn after staying at a competitor. I remember why I started there, and can't think of a reason to go to another lodging. 2 locations in 2 different cities were wonderful, did not disappoint.

Convenient location. Good parking. Continental breakfast was slightly better than expected. Staff working b-fast were doing a great job keeping the hot food supplied and had smiles while they worked. Room was okay—small but clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. I would stay here again if making the same trip in the future.

The room were were assigned had the bed literally on the floor. I had knee surgery 3 months ago and for having the bed so low was an issue for me. Breakfast was the same for two days not my preferred style. Egg and cheese omelet with then being overcooked and crust on the edges. Also breakfast was chicken sausage and not my preference.
