Room was very clean, although the bleach smell was a little overwhelming when we first arrived. Room had a complete kitchen for extended stays. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Ample parking available. Great location with many restaurants and shops available close by. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

I had no issued when I stayed here. The room was clean and the staff answered all my questions and concerns (even though I didn't have many). The best part for me was the location. Everywhere I needed to go was in a 15 to 20 minute radius.

When you get a room at Candlewood, you're renting the room and that's it. You get nothing/little in the way of services. New towels? You take your used towels to the service desk and exchange them. Trash? They will provide small trash bags, and you can put them in the hall for pickup when full. They clean and change sheets once a week. However, you don't have to be concerned with someone being in your room and thus no tipping. The full size refrigerator, top side stove, and microwave were all good. As long as you know that, it's good. You're saving on the lack of services. BTW, they had free coffee and it was the best hotel coffee I've had. Suggestion: Take full size trash bags with you when you arrange for a Candlewood suite. Bottom line, we were good with the experience. Biggest complaint was trying to control the HVAC system. The HVAC system blew air all the time.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The amenities in the hotel room were great. But they lied about all of the other amenities they offer- there was no indoor pool there was no breakfast options other then coffee. The snack/connivence was empty except for a few ice cream bars and canned sodas- so literally no grab and go snack options like they said. I literally booked this hotel at an absurd price per night for my son’s soccer tournament solely because of the pool and the snack concession and breakfast which were not there!

Perfect location near the Dutch Apple Theater for a one- night stay but would absolutely be great for multiple nights as it has a full kitchen with utensils. For me it's great as it has a recliner and with my bad back it's where I need to sleep. Most places do not have a recliner, so if possible, it's my hotel of choice.
