  • Welcome to our oasis retreat, a stylish and modern place perfect for groups and families just 5 min drive from Port Franks Beach and 15 min away from Grand Bend. Enjoy a relaxing spa experience with hot tub, sauna, yoga on the beautiful backyard, relax in the morning by the pond with a coffee. For families the cottage features a trampoline, swings, playground, hammocks, 4 TVs, Pacman Arcade, bicycles, it has it all to entertain adults and kids.

    Kitchen/dining: kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs, Stainless steel appliances, airfryer, panini grill, fridge with water and ice and of course plenty of coffee and tea.

    Living room: high ceiling room features leather sectional/recliner, 65" Flat TV with WiFi and Netflix. 3 more additional TVs in the house, Playstation 3, board games, Pacman arcade, lots of toys available for kids.
    There is also an office set up for those who need to work remotely (with a monitor available (ask if you need it), just bring your laptop.

    Outdoor space: 2 outdoor seating areas, outdoor heater for colder days, firepit station with cozy Muskoka chairs, hot tub with gazebo, newly added outdoor sauna (towels and robes complimentary included for bookings 3 nights and up) hammocks, tree swings (ninja obstacle), 15 ft trampoline, bicycles, outdoor games, beach chairs.

    You will absolutely love the place, it has everything you need: laundry detergent, detergent for dishwasher, hand soap etc. Included for your stay to use if needed, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, honey, maple syrup, salt, spices, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard etc.

The place is so winter cozy. It felt so warm and inviting. Our family had a great time there. The sauna and fire pit were hits for us but we also enjoyed hanging out in the big living room by the fireplace. You were an awesome host and we really appreciated your excellent communication. Thank you!

Something for everyone

We had an awesome stay at Andreea's cottage. The beach is amazing and we were never bored back at the cottage, with so much to do and such wonderful spaces to relax. It is a great spot for families and Andreea was very accommodating.

Mother Daughter weekend

Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our group because we all had our own bedroom. The dining & living rooms gave us lots of space to socialize. We did find the kitchen a little small when there were a few of us working in the kitchen. The owner was very accommodating when we called her about a few missing things. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great cottage saves rainy weekend

We visited this cottage from Friday to Sunday on the last weekend of March 2025. There were 9 of us and the cottage was big enough to host. The cottage, the property, the amenities were all incredible and on working order. The instructions provided by the host were thorough and made the weekend way easier. Outside of a few breaks in the rain, we actually got rained on all weekend. The outdoor area had shelters for the hot tub and table on the deck. They also had screens which was huge for keeping us dry. We used everything. The microwave, the stove, the coffee machine, the hot tub, the fire pit, the sauna, indoor fireplace, the central vac, the bbq, the outdoor lighting. Everything about this cottage was great. The host always responded to my messages quickly. I cannot recommend this cottage enough. If the weather was better we would definitely have utilized the bikes and beach equipment. Definitely next time!

Clean, well decorated space. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, small appliances, cookware, dishes and basic groceries (tea, coffee, condiments, salad dressings) Ice packs in freezers for taking coolers to the beach. Assortment of tools with the barbecue. Options for outdoor dining and seating areas. Out door propane heater on deck by table.(We did not use.) Superior quality towels and linens supplied as well as complimentary robes. Night lights strategically placed throughout to assist navigating at night. Fireplace in common living room and one bedroom.(It was used!) Large TV with Netflix for entertainment. Outdoor fire pit had multiple large sturdy Muskoka style chairs. Large parking area with security camera. Digital key pad entry, not necessary to pass key amongst guests. Large capacity laundry machines available for quest use. Host was quick to respond to any text questions and followed up with phone call. Excellent package given with instructions for the house and list of area attractions and activities.

We love this cottage! Our extended family has vacationed here for two years in a row. The house is plenty big enough for all of us, the backyard is great for the little ones, and Port Franks beach can't be beat! The neighbourhood is quiet and there's plenty of nearby places to go for ice cream or a coffee.

Everything about this cottage was great! The inside was lovely and had a lot of space and sleeping areas for our growing family. The outside dining area, hot tub, sauna, trampoline, and backyard were also enjoyed by everyone. The neighbourhood was quiet and just a quick five minute drive to beautiful Port Franks Beach. The hostess was very easy to get in contact with and helpful.

Amazing week in Port Franks!

This is a great property with many amenities for young and old! Very clean! Plenty of space for my extended family of 9 people, and the main floor bed and bath is great if you have guests that have trouble with stairs. We loved the hot tub, sauna, and easy access to the community centre pickle ball courts. It’s a quick drive to the beach too! We will stay here again, we had a wonderful week with many memories made. The host Andreea gave great directions and was easy to communicate with.

Good gathering spaces, and private places

Five rooms across 3 floors assured everyone had their own space when they needed it. The hot tub was a great bonus. Three kitchen was sized for one person to serve a family. This place is built for outdoor entertaining.
