Mobile home in 55 + park. Full access to Lake June including access to public boat ramp (less than 2 miles away) and lake beach area.
Home sits on a double lot and is completely fenced in.
Short walk or ride to grocery (Publix) post office and shopping.
Pets must be pre- approved !
Primary Bedroom has new queen mattress and linens. Second bedroom has double bed with new linens.
Home has an updated bathroom with double sink vanity. Shower is new.
Home is decorated in Florida warm tones and happy, easy living.
Living room has sofa (queen sleeper) two matching recliners, 50” television.
Kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen has new countertops, and a large pantry.
Enjoy the shade provided by a large carport that’s the length of the home! The carport is covered and always shaded!
Full size washer and dryer in outside utility room.
Two short steps to enter the home from the front door.
Living area is carpeted.
New air conditioning unit June 2024
Pets must be approved! Someone in group should be at least 55 years old.

Fantastic place and location

The place was fantastic, with a large fenced yard for the dog to explore. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

Cute and comfy.

This mobile home is so cute and comfy! Decorated with a relaxing fishing/lake vibe. Beds, pillows and furniture very comfortable and inviting. Sheets were like butter! The home has many updates and almost everything you'd ever need for an extended stay. Outdoor space provided shade and nice breezes. Martha was quick to respond to all correspondence, and the extra touches like tennis balls for the pups to enjoy within the fenced in yard were appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet, frendly and we felt very safe there. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
