Discovered NOT all Hyatt Places are not equal! This was a terrible and dirty hotel. Not worthy of 1 out of 5! Thankfully Expedia worked and gave me a full refund, the hotel management weren't willing. After hearing the Manager talk to his personnel it is a wonder that there are individual willing to work there, I wouldn't!!

I have stayed here now 4 times. Very convenient, safe and clean. There were many families this time with travel softball kids. The hotel staff tried to keep the noise down, but there was only so much they could do. I still slept like a rock and was very comfortable!
