"Great spot for a nice weekend away"

"The garbage bin was overflowing when we arrived and was full of blow flies and maggots. The disgusting smell was present every time we opened the front door so we had to leave the front door closed which constantly rattled in the wind unless we propped something against the door to stop it. The hinges on the main bathroom door needed oiling and the screeching woke up family members during the night. There was no clothesline to hang wet towels and swimmers on after a day at the beach. "We had issues from the start - partner has very bad knees and back ... we didn't know that villa was so far away from the carpark for luggage transfer etc. Were greeted with the guttering hanging off the front of the porch and a front door that had been drilled and patched but not painted. Very dodgy. All windows inside were sealed shut so no fresh air except for a verandah sliding door ... had to live in air conditioning which is not great for chronic sinus. Kitchen cupboards done on the cheap...
