"Perfect week on the lake!This property was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and priced fairly. This property has everything you could ever need, comfortable beds, sparkling clean linens, and everything you could want or need was in the kitchen. We used the boat lift and the kayaks and water toys. There are a bunch of life jackets available which was a nice thing. We played with all of the game equipment in the garage which was fun and a nice distraction when the weather got a little chilly in the evenings. The owners were very easy to work with from check-in and out to answering questions right away. We hope to go back again, soon!"

"This property is absolutely amazing! Our family of 9 stayed there for 3 nights. We had kids and adults. The game room in the garage had so many games that it kept everyone, especially the kids, busy for hours. If the kids weren’t in the game room they wanted kayak. The kitchen was well equipped and enough supplies were there that we didn’t need to supplement! I really can’t say enough good about the property and our stay. Everyone agreed we would be back."

"This house was perfect for our group which was 8 adults and 10 kids. There was so much to do between the lake, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing ping pong and cornhole. The inside of the entire house was very clean and all the appliances, including the grill outside worked perfectly. We didn't make much use of the pool table and shuffleboard since there was so much to do outside. But it's always nice to have indoor options in case it rains! This might not be a huge win for other families but for us, the THREE refrigerators were so nice to have since we cooked all our meals. The location is great because you can put in an HEB order at either the Kingsland or Marble Falls location and have it delivered within range. Highly recommend a boat rental for the day. The house comes with a boat slip so was really convenient to dock the boat in and out. Plus, the lake is large enough to go tubing!A few things that would have been nice to have:-Beach towels: Very little amount compared to the capacity of the house. -Life jackets: Minimal amount of adult and kids compared to how many kayaks and paddleboards were available. -Essential Cooking Ingredients: We got by just fine but would be nice to have some of the basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. We will definitely be coming back to Kingsland!"

"We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Lake LBJ weekend! We stayed with four families, and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the beds were so comfy!The location is AMAZING — right on the water with the most beautiful lake views. We loved being able to walk right outside and enjoy the water, fish off the property, relax by the lake, or hang out in the pool. The pool was the perfect size for our group and such a fun bonus, especially with the gorgeous view in the background!One of the things that stood out most was how incredibly clean everything was. The entire home felt so well cared for, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.Between the fishing, swimming, relaxing, beautiful sunsets and views, and just getting to spend time together, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. Four families can be a lot to accommodate, but this home handled our group perfectly!We made some amazing memories here and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious waterfront getaway on Lake LBJ! "
