"The hotel was great but we found a cockroach next to the sofa, and we were with out baby and walking to the parking lot was a nightmare because they only had stairs not a ramp to go with the stroller or an elevator to help us go down, they were elevators but way far from main entrance "

"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

"We had a fabulous two day stay at the Swan to celebrate my birthday! Beautiful property, comfortable clean rooms and great restaurants. Plus it was walking distance to the Boardwalk and Epcot. We will be back!!"

"We didn't try the breakfast or hot tub. The room was satisfactory regarding cleanliness, and the staff was fine, but while the main building was really nice and the pool was great, the room we were put in was old and not remodeled. It had popcorn ceilings so low we could touch them without trying (and we're 5'4"). The paint on the walls was that old motel yellow. So the room was very disappointing despite that they showed remodeled, updated rooms on the website. Parking was outside the room but it still cost either $30 or $40/night. "

"I'm only giving this 2 stars because I could park my bus here and the deck clerk was very nice. But the moment I walked into the room there was a live roach on the wall I had to crush with shoe and another one trying to run across the wall by the door frame and than behind the TV stand was a dirty sock."
