"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Clearly the host understands the value of providing every detail of good hospitality (fresh cookies to greet us, a frig filled with essentials, a bathroom with appreciated small touches, an iPad…) and high quality interior design, and cleanliness. Highly recommend to couple or solo travelers!"
