"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"A well positioned home from home, close to Carcassonne Medieval City for a fantastic price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was spotless, quiet and in a great place. Just over the road a street behind the main road is a lovely row of restaurants and bars, very chic. Access to the City is also very accessible, just across the bridge, 10 mins. Perfect 👌. Don't forget your swimmers cos there's also a lovely pool. The car park is secure and gated too."
