Fewo Ostseeoase 48 zentral gelegen, direkt am Marktplatz. Bäckerei und Strand gleich in der Nähe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt und es war sehr sauber. Leider war das Schlafzimmer etwas zu klein daher bei Weiterempfehlung nur 4 Sterne. Der Appartement-Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gemütliche, schnuckelige FeWo im nordischen Stil. Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Sehr vorteilhaft, daß Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar sind und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut, wobei jedoch teilweise Gegenstände wie Teller und Tassen im Überfluss vorhanden sind und somit notwendiger Platz für Lebensmittel für Eigenbedarf zum Kochen nur sehr begrenzt untergebracht werden können.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, für alt und jung. 1. TV leider ohne Internet. 2. TV mit Internet aber trotz Verbindung, nur Fehlermeldungen. Warmwasser nur über Durchlauferhitzer, gerade im Küchenbereich. Das Mobiliar ist sehr schön, dennoch schon sehr mitgenommen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Flure zu den Wohnungen sind sehr dunkel, etwas mehr Licht wäre schön. Alles sauber und auch still. Wir haben uns über die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus gefreut. Ich schreibe mal so was ich denke, was ich ändern würde..... Die Wohnung war gut, auch von der Aufteilung. Bad ist sehr schön fertig gemacht und auch sehr sauber. Die Küche von der Optik auch gut. Leider waren zu viele alte Küchenutensilien in den Schränken. Die Töpfe unter der Spühle sind nicht so appetitlich. Hätten aber auch im Nebenschrank Platz, wenn man mal durchsortiert. Dann könnte auch der Mülleimer unter der Spühle eingebaut werden. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist mit den Bildern und er Streiftentapete sehr schön gemacht. Die weißen Möbel passen da auch sehr gut rein. Die Stühle müssten mal erneuert oder neu bezogen werden. Die Sitz-Polster stehen leider vor Dreck. Ich habe 3 verschiedene Öfen zum Heizen gezählt ??? Das Sofa ist neu denke ich und auch sehr schön. Die Idee mit der Magnetwand fand ich toll. Wir haben auch eins beigesteuert. Das Schlafzimmer ist schmal geschnitten aber vollkommen ausreichtend. Wenn man die ausschwenkenden Gardinen durch ein Plissee zum Abdunkeln ersetzt ist das nicht so erdrückend. Der Balkon ist vollkommen ausreichend. Schön wenn man dann auch mal draußen sitzen kann. Wir haben lange Campingurlaub im Wohnwagen gemacht, da ist weniger mehr. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch Laboe war sehr schön.

nette kleine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, mit Fahrstuhl, und alles da zum Urlaub machen. 2x in der Woche Wochenmarkt auf den sehr nahen Marktplatz, Rossmann und 2 Bäcker in der Nähe, eine Eisdiele und ein Restaurant ist auch im Erdgeschoss ansässig. keine 5 Min bis zum Strand.

Die Woche war einfach hervorragend, Rossman, Bäcker, Eiscafe und Restaurant in Wurfnähe.Keine 5 Min. Zum Strand.Einzige negative haben wir die etwas weiter weg waren, die 2 Supermärkte.Rest passte.
