De nombreux chemins à proximité à pratiquer à pied ou à vélo. En revanche le confort est sommaire, la literie n’est pas confortable. Idem pour le canapé. Le parasol n’est pas dimensionné pour la table extérieure. Manque d’ombre pour manger dehors c’est dommage. Les chambres à l’étage sont petites et très mansardées la porte de l’une d’elles ne ferme pas. Manque de place également dans la pièce de vie. De zetel in de living voor max 3 personen is helemaal doorgezakt. Keukeninrichting en toestellen in orde. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse, trotz der relativen Nähe (6 min zu Fuß) zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Großer Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings ist das Haus relativ hellhörig. Bzgl. der Ausstattung könnte man noch etwas verbessern. Z.B. gibt es nur 2 Liegestühle. Funktionell und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienunterkunft. Küche war gut aber billig bestückt. Man hat sich schnell an das billige Blechbesteck gewöhnt. Aus den Schränken roch es muffig. Großes Plus war der zweite Kühlschrank in der Garage. Das Obergeschoss mit drei Schlafzimmern war lieblos eingerichtet, noch nicht einmal Bilder an der Wand. Kleine Doppelbetten von 1,20 x 1,80 Größe. Leider fehlt ein Wäscheständer um die Wäsche auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu trocknen, es gibt eine Wächeleine in den Bäumen/Büchen beim Parkplatz. Keine Gardrobe um regennasse Jacken aufzuhängen. Große Wiese zum Spielen am Haus und kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand und Suppermarkt. Reisetipps: Epfehlenswert ist ein Besuch von Vannes und den Salzfeldern bei Guérande. Ein Ausflug zum Mont St. Michel dauert ca. 3Std. ist aber Lohnenswert. Beau jardin bien entretenu avec terrasse abritée pour profiter du beau temps sur les transats. Proche de la plage à pied. Très bien situé pour les visites et balades sur la côte sauvage avec de superbes paysages. Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Confort satisfaisant sauf bémol sur les oreillers et les poêles très abimées (revêtement téfal). Le reste RAS. A refaire avec plaisir. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette superbe région surtout aussi grâce à la location qui était quasis parfaite, propriétée récente avec tout ce qu’il faut sur un grand terrain au calme dans quartier résidentiel ...
