The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this beautiful 180 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three shower rooms and one bathroom with a bathtub. This house offers a large 80 m² south-west facing terrace overlooking La Turballe, as well as a garden of approximately 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, TV with 35 channels, card games. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 70 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, large bay window and access to the terrace  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, as well as a second area with a fridge   
\- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (queen-size bed 160x200), offering direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom (with shower and toilet)  
\- Two separate toilets  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190)  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190) and a bunk bed  
\- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190)  
\- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) with private bathroom with shower and washbasin  
\- Bedroom 6: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (double bed 160x190) and a single bed  
\- A mezzanine with a desk area   
\- A bathroom with a bathtub  
\- A shower room  
\- Two separate toilets  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

\- A beautiful 600 m² garden (not enclosed)  
\- An 80 m² south-facing terrace with furniture  
\- A sealed World War II bunker  
  
The house is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as a cinema, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, and more.

\- Marais Salants, Guérande nature park, 6 km away
