    Small 45m² single-storey house rated 2 stars, south-facing, located 400m from La Trinité port, 1.1km from the beach and 4km from Carnac.

    Kitchen area with 2 ceramic hob plates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, bay window opening onto terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and enclosed courtyard.

    Living room-lounge area equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed, bay window opening onto the terrace, television.

    Bedroom with access to outside, 2 single beds.

    Renovated bathroom in 2024: sink, shower, WC.



    Possibility of parking a vehicle in front of the house access gate. Accommodation capacity: maximum 4 people.

    Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.
