### L'Oasis Bretonne - Charmante maison avec piscine

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house for rent in La Trinité-sur-Mer. It has a swimming pool (depending on the opening date) and Wi-Fi, with a surface area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (three with showers and one with a bathtub and shower), and a garden of approximately 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 65 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Two adjoining bedrooms. The small bedroom with two single beds is open plan and does not have a door leading to the bedroom with the queen-size bed (160x200 cm).  
\- A bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower  
\- Two separate toilets  
  
Upstairs:   
\- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room.   
\- One bedroom with two single beds  
\- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, iron and ironing board.

\- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
Nestled in the heart of Quiberon Bay, La Trinité-sur-Mer offers the authenticity of a Breton village facing the Gulf of Morbihan. The accommodation is the ideal place to experience local customs: taste freshly caught seafood, stroll around the port and enjoy the seaside scenery.  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Villa spacieuse bien décoré, emplacement proche du port à pied et secteur calme. Bonne accueille et communication de l'agence Cocoonr et merci du cadeau de bienvenue. Bonne literie et bien équipés, nous avons beaucoup appréciés la piscine durant notre séjour ensoleillé. Nous recommandons cette prestation qui accepte les petits chiens.
