Freshly renovated and tastefully decorated, this house will enchant you with its contemporary style and charm. You can enjoy a shaded terrace at the front of the house, where you can share your lunches by the plancha, and a cozy corner at the back. For holidays with family or friends, you'll love it !

Its location is ideal, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches, the Dune du Pilat and Arcachon.   
  
Nearby attractions:  
\- Lac de Cazaux with its restaurants and small port.  
\- You are about 20 minutes' drive from Arcachon and the famous market town of La Teste with its shops and restaurants.   
  
Activities :  
\- Discover the beaches of Lac de Cazaux, its little port and its restaurants with your feet in the water!  
\- Paddles, pedalos and no-licence boats for hire  
\- A little train, opposite the Arcachon tourist office, will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover!  
\- At lunchtime, treat yourself to an oyster tasting session in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, La Teste or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the Dune du Pilat!   
\- There are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées.   
\- The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!  
\- Cruise down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or paddle alone.   
\- Zoo at La Teste, aqualand park at Gujan.   
\- Walk through the forest to the dune (ask at the tourist office).

\- Bus line near the house to Arcachon station
