Accueil très agréable, une hôte à notre écoute. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre, très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine sans y trouver un seul défaut et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à notre hôte pour la petite attention à notre arrivée.

Appartement calme et ensoleillé. Propre et refait a neuf . La résidence est pratique avec un accès direct plage, un accès boulangerie et un accès garage pour y laisser la voiture pendant tout le séjour. La propriétaire est très cordiale et accueillante, joignable sans problème. C'était un réel plaisir. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Marie Louise avec gourmandises de bienvenue , les horaires ont été flexibles pour notre arrivée et départ. Studio idéalement situé et très bien équipé, propre, calme. Tout est pensé pour nous satisfaire, jusqu’à de quoi faire son petit déjeuner, thés, café, chocolat. Une gentille attention de bienvenue avec une dégustation de cannelés. Vélos à disposition. Pas besoin de la voiture, à l’abri au parking. Plage à 50m. Centre ville à 10mn en longeant la mer. Extraordinaire!

Wunderbar gelegenes Apartment, direkter Zugang zum Strand, sowie fußläufig erreichbare Innenstadt inkl. diverser Restaurants. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, sowie hervorragende Kommunikaton mit der Vermieterin Madame Barbeau. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es mangelt an nichts, Geschirrspüler, Herd+Mikrowelle, sowie diverse Küchengeräte und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist bei heißen Temperaturen super angenehm. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder! Tout etait parfait, il n'y a rien qui manque, l'appartement est bien situé, accès direct sur la plage. Mme Barbeau est une hôtesse très gentille, la communication était très agréable. Merci beaucoup!!

Excellent séjour arcachonnais

Excellent séjour grâce à l’hospitalité de la propriétaire et l’appartement qui est très confortable, très bien équipé et à proximité de tout. La description est conforme à l’annonce et la communication avec Mme Barbeau très fluide. L’hote est prévenante et bienveillante tant par ses attentions que par les arrangements d’horaires qu’elles a pu nous accorder. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous recommandons cette location et surtout nous espérons y revenir.

Location à la plage !

Nous étions 2 adultes, en Juin, la location est très bien située avec une entrée qui donne sur la plage, 5min à pied des commerces d'Arcachon, et du port de plaisance. Confortable, tout y est, et la literie est de qualité. La clim super en bon état ! balcon pour les repas très agréable avec vue sur les jolies maisons. Madame Barbeau nous vous remercions pour votre accueil et le cadeau de bienvenue bien agréable !

Super séjour en famille

Notre séjour à commencé avec un accueil chaleureux à la gare, encore un grand merci à Mme Barbeau. L'appartement est propre, confortable, on se sent comme dans un cocon, idéalement placé, accès direct à la plage et proche du centre ville. J'ai été très touchée de votre attention particulière pour mes filles lors de notre départ. Une chose est sûr, nous reviendrons!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement de Mme Barbeau qui est une hôte adorable. Le logement est en tout point conforme aux photographies. La qualité de l'équipement est à souligner... Christelle et moi avons particulièrement apprécié la location de ce studio. Tout d’abord, l'excellent accueil de sa propriétaire Mme Barbeau, sa gentillesse et disponibilité. La propreté du lieu. Magnifique appartement idéalement situé à Arcachon

Tout d'abord nous remercions notre propriétaire,Mme Barbeau pour le très bel accueil qu'elle ns a réservé et aussi pour son gentil cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a régalé et fait gd plaisir ainsi que la confiture maison. Puis pour sa bienveillance discrète et la bonne communication que nous avons eue. Également pour sa réactivité lorsque ns sommes tombés en panne avec un des vélos laissés à notre disposition et qu'elle a d'emblée remplacé par un autre ce qui ns a permis de poursuivre nos parcours à bicyclette. La résidence sécurisée et avec un gardien est de taille raisonnable L'appartement est idéalement bien situé à Arcachon avec un accès direct à la plage jouxtant un chemin piétonnier et cycliste permettant de rejoindre le centre ville très proche et les embarcadères pour les excursions. Le sous-sol avec accès direct et place réservée est un réel atout. L'appartement était d'une très grande propreté. Le balcon avec store est de grande taille équipé de matériel table, chaises, parasol, étendoir à linge. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec électroménager de grande marque. A noter un grand réfrigérateur et un four double fonction micro ondes et four. Une machine à laver également. L'équipement en vaisselle est nombreux, rien n'y manque. La salle de bain est très pratique et de belle taille et le linge fourni emballé sous vide de belle qualité ainsi que la literie. De grands espaces rangements sont prévus dans ttes les pièces ainsi qu'un grand placard mural dans l'entrée. La pièce à vivre est de belle taille très lumineuse. Toutes les pièces sont personnalisées décorées avec beaucoup de soins et de goût. Je voudrais également remercier Mme Barbeau pour avoir permis la présence de notre chienne. Et Merci d'avoir contribué ainsi à la réussite de nos belles vacances au bassin d'Arcachon
