Ce spacieux logement de 80 m² peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Il se compose d'une grande entrée avec placard, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo ..), d'un vaste salon avec télévision, ainsi qu'une salle à manger offrant un accès direct à un balcon panoramique, exposé Ouest, Nord et Est. L’espace nuit se divise en deux chambres : la première suite parentale (lit 160 cm ou deux lits de 80 cm) dispose d’une penderie, d’une salle de bain et d'un accès direct au balcon, idéal pour un petit-déjeuner au soleil. La deuxième chambre (lit 160 cm ou deux lits de 80 cm) comprend également une penderie et une salle d'eau privative. Les WC sont séparé. L’appartement est équipé de la Wi-Fi. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue, la plage se trouve à seulement 250 mètres et le centre-ville est accessible en 15 minutes à pied.
