You had booked our smallest room, the Standard room, which we usually reserve for short stays or single visitors. On your next visit, please feel free to take advantage of our Superior or Prestige rooms, which are larger and certainly better suited to your needs. Please note that our Standard room is 12m², which is by no means the smallest room possible for a hotel! Yours sincerely

We are sorry that the location of the hotel, five minutes walk from the centre of La Rochelle, and ten minutes walk from the Concurrence beach, did not suit you. However, we take every precaution to clearly indicate this information on all the booking channels we have available. As for the breakfast, we are also sorry that it did not convince you. We are sincerely surprised, as the bakery opposite, which is excellent, offers a less extensive range of products than ours for a more expansive price, since we offer, for 13€, in addition to pastries, several home-made cakes (including, on the day of your visit : Oréo cakes, hazelnut, yoghurt, candied fruits, chocopic, olive/feta, tomato bacon), as well as three dried fruits, three fresh fruits, three fruit juices, hot drinks as much as you like, three charcuterie, three cheeses, and galettes charentaises, muffins, pancakes, pizza, flammenkuche, two cereals, two types of yoghurt, without forgetting our homemade scrambled eggs, which are made on request.
