Charmant appartement de vacances en duplex offrant de belle pièce de vie, très lumineux et idéalement placé.
Il est au 3ème étage et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, un coin TV pour se détendre, un balcon avec salon de jardin aménagé pour y déjeuner en toute tranquillité, un coin cuisine équipée (plaques, frigo, microondes), une chambre en mezzanine avec un lit deux places, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Balcon avec salon de jardin, parking privé, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
