LV025 Airy Upstairs Studio with Mountain Views

A freshly painted upstairs Legacy Villas studio with beautiful western mountain views. Guests are treated a comfy king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a small work desk and a dresser. A wet bar in between the bedroom and bathroom has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom has a single vanity, soaking tub, toilet and walk-in shower. The highlight of the space is a private balcony just off the living space with stunning mountain views. An outdoor table and chairs and chaise lounge provide guests the ability to soak up the warm desert sun over a morning coffee or twilight glass of wine. The condo is located near the back of the Legacy Villas community with ample off-street parking directly in front of the entrance. Guests enter through a private entrance after climbing a flight of stairs to the second story condo. The condo is a short-walk to a community satellite pool and hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the main pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The unit can be combined with LV216 to create a spacious 3 bedroom villa (subject to availability).

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and town homes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Desert Classic is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Great location close to everything and very quiet.

The property was perfect for our stay. We didn’t eat in the unit since it was so close to any restaurant we could want. Only thing that would make the unit better is to have comfortable seating somewhere, so that time we spent in the room reading would be more pleasant.

Desert retreat

Beautiful property and great accommodations only suggestion I would make is blackout curtains for doors open to patio, super comfortable bed It would also be great if there were a few coffee mugs, wine glasses and opener , 2 plates and 2 soup bowels The host supplied dishwashing soap and sponge and there is a nice sink in kitchenette Loved our stay, my suggestions are not complaints just suggestions to make it the absolute best

With the location, the fact the AC automatically sets to 88 degrees continuously after setting it to 73 is extremely frustrating. It’s too hot outside to have to walk inside to still be hot. There were a small amount of ants around the shower but everything else was extremely clean. Property is beautiful.

La Quinta's Hidden Gem

A true hidden gem in La Quinta! Our suite was bright, spacious, semi updated and CLEAN!! We had exactly the amount of room we needed. The resort was very welcoming and well kept, and all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of pools and close proximity to great restaurants and other resorts. 10/10 stay, we will definitely be back!
