"Staff were very nice, amenities were great! I did not expect that the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion (small, single-use size containers, not wall dispensed) would be so much better than the ones I get from 3-4 star hotels! Keurig coffee maker and newer LG TV, towels were fluffy white and clean, likely new or replaced often. NGL, i expected rough thin towels, so this is much appreciated! I liked the shower head, the water pressure was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the whole room was clean, bathroom is nicely updated. I slept well and did not hear the busy street noise! I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. It may seem small and dated on the outside but its definitely a great place to stay. No free breakfast but I knew that in making the reservation because we had planned to leave early anyway and wouldn't be able to avail of it. Highly recommended!"

"Liked the privacy of the room and the balcony view overlooking the pool area. We wanted to explore the hiking trails but ran out of time. Properties beautiful and front desk staff are courteous and friendly. We would stay again."

"TV remote control was missing. Had to pick one up from front desk as they don’t have staff to bring it to the room. And yet, the remote provided didn’t work and they don’t have another one. Phone in the room didn’t work either and was not fixed by the time I left even though reported with ample time. They are understaff if you need anything outside of just the check in."

"This was a perfect stop between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was clean, modern, everyone was super friendly and even though the pool was not open for our stay, the hot tub was a perfect touch after a long day of hiking/travel. We will be back."
