"The guy at the reception made us pay 43$usd even though the reservation was prepaid. This is pure theft on his part! I can't recommend anyone to go there! I will be in touch with Expedia and see what can be done to get my money back."

"Check-in wasn’t friendly, and though they tried to help with the room not being ready, it lacked warmth. The shower door didn’t slide, making temperature control uncomfortable and risky. The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no towels by the pool, and I had to go with staff to swap them. Breakfast was good but overpriced for Nicaragua. Honestly, they need to step up their guest care. With improvements, it could be far better."
