  • Discover the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility in this stunning detached villa on the edge of Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, this stylish property offers a serene retreat not far from the vibrant town life and pristine beaches, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience.

    The accomodation:

    1 double bedroom
    1 twin bedroom
    1 double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests (sleeps up to 6 in total)

    Living Spaces: Spacious lounge/diner with a 65" flat-screen TV and direct access to a large tiled terrace.

    Ceiling fans are in the Lounge and both bedrooms.

    Private Outdoor Amenities:
    Pool: Daytime heated, subject to the thermostat control. 23 to 26 degrees.

    Large solid-roof pergola with comfortable seating and rolldown canvas blinds for shaded relaxation or evening gatherings.

    Use of the large community pool and sunbathing area (Rules apply)

    Sheltered outdoor dining area for up to 6 guests.

    Large open BBQ.

    Private garden surrounded by an 8–12 ft fence for privacy.

    All clients renting the property will be required to complete an online check-in process approx 2-3 weeks before your arrival, access data will be provided aproximatley 5 days before arrival due to key code changes.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all left-over food types except, Tea, Coffee, sugar and dried spices. We do not want left-over food types. This also includes the freezer, if we have to clean it out for you it will be charged.
Sign out of any tv apps that you signed into.
Bring the sunbed cushions into the property, replace the pool cover and ensure that you have cleaned out the BBQ.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Events at this property. Clean out the BBQ, remove rubbish daily. Wash dishes and clean food spills from appliances and fridge on departure.
Leave all remotes and keys behind on departure day. leave towels 2 x per persons. Lock all shutters, windows and doors. Place keys in key safe.
We do not permit additional people at property; you will be removed without a refund if additional people are staying.
