The home is in Lajares, a favourite destination for those seeking peace and the sea. El Cotillo is just a 10-minute drive away, and Corralejo around 13 minutes.



The property is 5 minutes from the centre, with restaurants, cafés, shops and a supermarket. A local market selling regional products takes place every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.



This 125 m² country house sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, with 1 bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom are on the ground floor, with step-free access. The second bedroom is upstairs. There is air conditioning in the living room and fans for the bedrooms. The fifth guest sleeps on a sofa bed in the living room.



Outside, there is a private barbecue on the rear terrace, an uncovered front terrace, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower. The house is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by nature, it is normal to occasionally encounter insects from the rural surroundings, especially outdoors at night. The property receives regular preventive maintenance for guests' well-being.



For families, a cot and high chair are available on prior request. The two single beds on the ground floor can be joined with a mattress topper to form a double bed, also on request.



Self check-in for added convenience. Assistance is available 24 hours a day.



Street parking is available. Events are not allowed. Please do not move furniture or take it outside. At the end of your stay, leave all windows and doors securely closed.
