We loved this house! It was perfect for us and our pups, wonderful yard! Yes, there is no A/C, but they provide many fans if needed. We would definitely stay here again, so close to the beach and restaurants!
This is our second time staying here and we will be back. Location is perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Check in was so easy and property manager responds super fast.
The home has plenty of room and a nice fenced backyard. The rates were very reasonable for La Jolla and the location was excellent. Check-in process was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone going to La Jolla.
Overall great location- convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved having the nice backyard- enjoyed outdoor dining and relaxation. Street parking was not convenient and often had difficulty finding a space. Property is smaller than pics make it look. And important to recall there is no A/C. It met our needs, was clean, and we had an enjoyable stay!
We loved our stay. The house embodies its 1950’s circa beach town architecture. It’s spacious with lots of options to hang out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for staying cooking. The backyard was great with multiple seating areas and a corn hole was a daily event. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas was really nice along with the several block walk to two beaches and tide pools. It was quite warm during our stay and the home does not have a/c so the fans were necessary and appreciated. We contacted the property management company with questions prior to arrivalAs well as to replace a fan and they responded very promptly in all instances. We would definitely stay again.
This home was a perfect stay for my family and two dogs. Check in process was smooth, instructions were provided the day before, and the home came with so many amenities like beach toys for the kids and chairs. The home is equipped with a lot of essentials and a fully stocked kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of this house is amazing - you are so close to the beach and are walking distance (under a mile) / a five minute drive to some amazing food. Sushi, tacos, pizza, empanadas, or there's a grocery store (Pavilions) for you to cook there if you'd like. There was generous seating for homey family dinners and it was an all around wonderful stay.

Cute home in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Backyard patio area is a great place to hang out. Beds were comfortable and although there is no a/c, an abundance of windows and doors allow for a breeze and kept the place comfortable.
We love this location of La Jolla. So close to the beach and walking distance to great coffee and food. The checkin was a bit rocky. The rental company gave us the wrong code to the key lockbox and we were stuck outside the house until someone called us to give us the updated code. Not sure why this wasn't the code we were given in the first place. But other than that we loved the house and the location.
Easy check in process and great communication. The photos make some things look far larger than they are but that is to be expected. It’s an older house which I actually really like! Master bed comfy. The other bedroom bed is very very soft and easy to roll off- they should invest in a new mattress. We used the grill, no problem! We opened all the windows which was needed- we stayed in October which was cooler. This house is close to a local grocery store (very expensive) but great items. Parking was never an issue and we brought two cars. Quiet and nice backyard.
We really enjoyed ourselves at this cute, spacious, mid-century home. Appreciated the books (incl. kids books), beach photography, puzzles, wildlife magazines, and the many amenities in the kitchen, including cooking oil, salt, sugar. Plus my elder mom was happy to watch some live TV news. My kiddo ended up needing extra attention during nighttime, so was happy to discover that the loveseat had a pullout that worked for our 5-year-old, while I slept on the couch across from her. The backyard is a great bonus. The residential neighborhood is darling…and very, very close to a market, restaurants and multiple points of beach access!!!We used the space heaters, which worked great. They also have hairdryers and lots of blankets — shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dishwashing stuff. For the money we spent, I’d say the rental matched the value. Thanks for having us.

We loved how close the ocean was everything anybody would need was less than a block away! Our dogs 🐶 love the yard!! Would stay again!
Our family could not have asked for a better stay. The house has everything you need and more (washer/dryer, propane grill, plenty of towels and linens, all the cookware and dishes you could need, etc.)! The location is fantastic! An easy walk to Windansea beach and easy drive to anywhere you want to go in San Diego. There is a grocery store a block away and lots of shops and restaurants with in easy walking distance. Our pups enjoyed sunning in the beautiful backyard and we are all our meals on the patio. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
