"Our room was perfectly clean every single day. The staff was amazing . I can not give it a 5 star bc the pool in our room was dirty and the main pool where the lounge chairs and pool entry was always dirty with bugs. But the main reason I can not give it a 5 star is bc we had notified our host that we would arrive to the airport at 11:30 am , they said check in was 3pm I asked if we could check in early but they never replied. They let our kids swim but my husband and I were in our airport clothes in Cabo heat ! It was horrible. We kept asking if we could check in early I offered to pay the extra fee . We needed a break we had been traveling since 4am . Our kids were exhausted. Finally Janette agreed to let us in an 1 before check in. Other that our stay was beautiful. I highly recommend. But if you arrive early just plan accordingly."

"I enjoyed my stay. It isn’t the most amazing resort but it does what it does pretty well. There is basically one main pool divided by a bar, one buffet, and one restaurant. The restaurant was a little difficult to schedule on their app but it was actually pretty easy to walk to the front and ask if they had any space. It was really laid back which was the vibe of the whole place. There were lots of local guests and minimal tourists which is what I enjoyed. It felt like a more authentic cultural experience. The buffet, though small, was excellent. The food felt like I was eating at someone’s home and the waitstaff was very attentive. Resort activities were lacking but the girls that ran them were basically teenagers and trying their best to engage the guests so I can’t fault them for that. A strange challenge was the Hyatt right next door sometimes overpowering our area w their music but it is what it is. Really, what makes this resort an excellent stay is the location - San Jose del Cabo has an amazing downtown area and art walk. It is just so vibrant and full of life and culture. The stay here is worth it for the access to that alone and I would easily go back with that in mind. All in all, an affordable and pleasant stay with minimal issue. 4/5 stars."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this condo. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised. The space was comfortable, well-appointed, and made for a perfect home base while exploring the area.The location was ideal—conveniently situated between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, making it easy to enjoy both towns while still having a relaxing place to retreat to at the end of the day. The pool was lovely and a great place to unwind.A special thank you to Onelly, who was incredibly responsive, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our stay. Her communication made everything seamless from start to finish.We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!"
