"this hotel is amazing if your looking for a non-exclusive hotel comes with 2 pools one on main floor and other on the roof with an amazing view it was a bit old but that’s honestly it the staff was amazing will come back here when I visit Acapulco again "

"A greatly enjoyable stay. Spacious comfortable accommodation, immaculate bed linen and towels, generous supply of quality toiletries, a decent coffee maker with good coffee, and something I’ve never commented on…really good loo paper wide & soft! Add to that friendly helpful staff from receptionists to restaurant and security staff. In all honesty, this hotel is impossible to fault! "
"What I really like about the property is the people that work there. They were really nice and attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing! We would go to the beach and pool and bring all kinds of sand and wet towels back to the room, and she managed to have it spot on clean every day. The pool was great, I think it's a bit outdated, needs some general upgrades, but my 5 yr old son loved it. The breakfast buffet was also really good, specially for the price. There is also a Tarascos Taco place about two blocks away, and that was our dinner spot. The tacos were really good. Love this place and would love to come back soon."
"AC worked great in the room. We wanted beach front and we got just that. The waves could get rough but the hotel offers a great area with pools open till 9pm."
"The room was small, but everything was super clean. There is air conditioning, but you can't control that youself. The front desk staff turn it on for you. It was as adverised, a good place to stay near the zocalo.
