Appartement situé dans une résidence très tranquille et à 10 mn de la plage. Les piscines sont propres et surveillées. La communication avec guestadom est parfaite. Notre dossier était bien détaillé avec toutes les informations. Notre interlocutrice était Sandrine. Merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

Appart' parfait, hyper calme à cette période. Propre et bien aménagé. Le pare douche est vraiment à revoir, l'eau reste dans l'angle de la baignoire et le pare-douche ne l'empêche pas de couler à l'extérieur du coup on met systématiquement de l'eau partout et on doit éponger le sol avec chaque douche. Sinon on aurait bien aimé trouver une tape pour râper les carottes Procédure d'arrivée pas au point mais la personne en charge du dossier a été disponible immédiatement et nous a immédiatement donné la solution. On était globalement très contents, on reviendra si le logement est dispo et si les tarifs restent interressants.

Si vous aimez faire le ménage et ranger les meubles de cuisine et de la chambre, vous pouvez réserver cet appartement. En effet le sol, les meubles, salle de bain étaient sales lors de notre arrivée..

Residence agreable a 400 metres de la plage

Residence de standing, parc tres agreable, appartement avec terrasse au 4ieme etage. Un canape lit permettrait d enlevzr les lits superposes a l entree, appartement trop "chargé". Plage de parking non numerotee qui est souvent occupee. Aucune des piscines n est chauffee contraiement au descriptif. Dalles de l entree de l immeuble non fixees pour certaines et donc tres dangereuses. Le centre ville de la baule est a 3,5 km, la plage de pronichet a 400 metres.
