LA BAULE: CHARMING STUDIO, 50 m from the beach

  • Our studio is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1920s building that has been completely renovated. It’s in a very pleasant, quiet historic district, just 50 metres from the beach, very close to the market and the shopping street, in the La Baule casino district behind the large hotels. You can do everything on foot—beach, restaurants, grocery shopping, and retail shopping. Second floor, lift, unobstructed view, south-facing, sun-drenched, balcony. Sleeps 4: 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. Living area, plenty of storage space, bike storage.

A great beach holiday

We were pleasantly surprised, and very much appreciated our stay here. The apartment is new, modern, very well-equipped, and efficiently organized. The location is pretty central -- 2 minutes from the beach (and restaurant on the beach) and 10 minutes from the town market. The bus stops are also 2 minutes away. Strongly recommended.

Studio pour des jeunes bien équipé lit confortable , Belle douche 2 lits superposés pour enfants par contre petite table prévue pour 2 avec une petite terrasse pour 2 , habitation dans résidence d'un ancien temps proche plage 100 m et proche Casino 100 m. Bref iéal pour court séjour et en étant jeune et sportif.

La localisation est top, tant par le calme, la mer à côté, et les visites à faire.Les commerces sont accessibles à pied, dont le marché, et il est facile de se garer à proximité.Le studio est bien équipé et le balcon est un vrai plus.
