Apartment ideally located in the heart of La Baule-Les-Pins, close to all the shops on Avenue Lajarrige, 200 m from the La Baule-Les-Pins SNCF train station (TER station), and 600 m from the beach (about an 8-minute walk)<br><br><br><br>It is available for rent for both short stays (starting at one night) and long stays (ranging from several weeks to several months). For long-term stays, available only from September through June, the rates are as follows (= monthly rent including utilities, with a final adjustment at the end of the lease for electricity only):<br>- €2,050 from April to September<br>- €1,800 for the other months of the year<br><br>A 15% discount applies to the above rental rates for stays of 3 months or longer, and a 25% discount for stays of 4 months or longer. <br><br>Please feel free to contact us for more information.<br><br><br><br>The apartment, located on the ground floor of a quiet condominium, sleeps 7 in total:<br>- 1 king-size bed in the bedroom (sleeps 2)<br>- 1 sofa bed in the bedroom (sleeps 1)<br>- 2 convertible sofas in the living room, each sleeping 2 (2 x 2)<br><br>It is equipped with fiber-optic internet, two TVs with Netflix access, and an automatic coffee machine (bean-to-cup).<br><br><br><br>The thermal insulation, like the rest of the apartment, was redone in 2020, and the apartment is oriented so that the sun only shines directly into it in the late afternoon and evening. As a result, it stays cool in the summer and doesn’t let the cold in during the winter!<br><br><br><br>Street parking is available right next to the building’s entrance and is free.<br><br><br><br>If you’d like to book for the same day (with your stay beginning on the day of booking), please check with us first to make sure this is possible! This applies even if the property appears to be available on Vrbo/VRBO. To do so, use the “Contact the Host” button. We promise to respond very quickly!<br><br><br><br>The building has a locked bike storage room to which guests have access.<br><br><br><br>All linens, including bath towels and bed linens, are provided and are always washed (but not ironed!) between each rental.<br><br><br><br>Please note: the price depends on the number of guests!!<br><br><br><br>The listed price includes the tourist tax, which is paid to the municipality.<br><br><br><br>An (online) rental agreement must be signed for each reservation before check-in, and a security deposit of €500 must be paid by credit card.<br><br>All instructions regarding these formalities will be sent to you automatically. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your email immediately after booking, as well as the day before check-in!<br><br><br><br>If you’d like to enter the apartment before check-in time and/or leave after check-out time, our answer will always be the same: this is generally not possible, and may only be possible depending on the guests arriving just before or after you, as well as the cleaning staff’s schedule… in which case we won’t know until the day before (at best)! So there’s no point in asking us several days or weeks in advance!
