Clean room and useful location

For a large airport hotel we have been delighted at our one night stop here at the very start of our holiday. It is relaxed welcoming and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay and a great start to our holiday.

The second we got out of our car we new we were in for a fantastic weekend stay. Class class all the way from registration to the room, through the grounds to a well appointed room with patio. All mod cons. Fantastic service, Thank you Hotel Bel Air for your attention to detail and our requests we made celebrating my wife's birthday.t

A real hidden gem. Hotel was beautiful and you feel a million miles away from the side of the freeway. Staff were helpful. Hotel was clean. Would stay again.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel, which lived up to expectation. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable four poster bed. We could not fault the staff who were welcoming & attentive. The bar & restaurants were excellent, the food was of a high quality and live music was played most nights of our stay. Faultless people service and room, quirky but super. Compromise on location and noise, probably suit younger folk better but us 60 somethings enjoyed our stay. We had come for a specific purpose so could not use all the lovely hospitality shown by the staff at the hotel but perhaps another time. Some really nice touches and well loved establishment.

Property had amazing views and extra bonus is the roof top pool

It’s a really nice hotel, it’s actually in a very safe part of Rose, but I wouldn’t call anywhere in Venice walkable (personally), the team were super helpful, the parking is fantastic, rooms were quiet, I will definitely base myself here again in future. Personally I think the suite is well worth the upgrade

A lovely well maintained property. I travelled with my young son (age 4) and I would say that the hotel is more for adults and the food/ amenities are not really for children. However, I knew this before booking the hotel and it didn’t take away from the experience. A special mention -Alejandro, who worked at the ground level restaurant-he always made my little boy and I feel special and well looked after. I would happily stay again the next time we are in Santa Monica.
