It was clean and had the the toiletries you would need. It had the essential dishes you would need.and small kitchen appliances. The area around was walkable and quite. Very roomy with modern amenities in a traditional style Japanese apartment. The location is perfect in the area you want to be and close to train and bus transportation. We had some confusion with the instructions which indicated that we had to go to a separate location to check in. That cost us stress and some time but it got settled. They need to update their instruction page if they haven't already.
