"Location is in good area, close to supermarket and restaurants. Beach is 5 mins away. Rooms were big and beds good. Clean to a certain extent, bathroom had water coming through the bottom which made a mess. Overall good stay."

"The car park and getting to & from the rooms was very very confusing we were told to park in C3 only. Apparently there is C3 on every level. We pressed C3 on the elevator and was 2 floors from our car. Very confusing, because of this I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel ever again."

"I only stayed there due to the proximity to the convention centre. What I didn't like was the fact the TV remote wasn't working and the shower head in the bathroom was broken."

"Couldnt see the beach. Staff provided basic confusing information. Was advised of a 200 dollar holding deposit not to be charged and released upon check out... this was not the case and had been charged and upon check out advised this is now a 5 to 6 day turn around from my bank.. not impressed. 1 bath towel per person for a 4 day stay. 1 milk no room clean. Requested 3vtimes for 2 single beds.. not done either. Not impressed with my stay. Expected more from a Peppers resort. Out dated decor."
