"All the rooms were incredibly clean and relaxing. The host was very accommodating and the location was perfect. I was able to walk around at night and really appreciate where I was. Also, the sauna was very wonderful and do the matcha tea ceremony. It was very calming."

"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。 オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。 壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、 台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。 洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。 あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？ また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。 ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"Typical Toyoko Inn so there's underbed storage, inadequate curtains to keep out the light, and good climate control. The problem was I had a top floor room but there must not have been people below me for floors or something because the floor was so cold it felt refrigerated. I cranked the heater but since it's at the ceiling it heats the room top down so the floor stayed really cold, like refrigerated cold. It took until the next morning where the floor didn't feel refrigerated but still was unusually cold and not until that evening the floor finally didn't feel cold. Breakfast was really sparse, just bread and onigiri. I would prefer them to just say no breakfast and just have coffee then I would prepare by going to the conbini the night before."

"⭐ 1-Star Review Giving one star due to unacceptable behavior from the property owner. We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout. Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward. This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests."

"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."

"My main memory will be about the dinner and breakfast. Both were phenomenal. A real experience. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit tired and the bathroom smelled of stagnant water and had some little bugs in the shower. The staff was super helpful and responsive. "

"This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy.
