But, thankfully the staff quickly moved us to another room which was a bit better - and it was "Hikonyan" themed, which was kinda hilarious. Super convenient location, which was what mattered most for us. And really good value. Their staff can communicate with fluent English. I am very surprise because this hotel locates at Hikone, a small countryside town. Excellent 2\. Electronics equipment in the room are much modern than most of the hotels in big cities, e.g. Tokyo and Osaka. USB-A is avaliable, Digitial TV system is avaliable. 3\. Japanese Breakfast is great. 4\. The room size is a little bigger than other business hotel. 5\. 2 minutes footwalk to Hikone JR Station.
