It's nice that the hotel is beside the railway station. The hygiene is not well in the room. The dust caust us snoring and bad sleeping. Up front I had asked the hotel to dust the room well. Unfortunately this hotel didn't respond to that.

スパとのホテル名だったので、色々期待していましたが、とても古いホテルでした。エレベーターも１つでとても待ちました。お風呂は狭く、あまり清潔ではなかったです。お部屋も古くエアコンはあまりききませんでした。 朝食がおいしかったので、それは良かったです。オススメはあまりできないです。

全般的に清潔で快適でした。 入口が少しごちゃごちゃした感じでインバウンド向けなのかなと思いました。 フロントのスタッフは感じが良く、部屋も清潔でした。 エレベーターが1機でしたが、階段が使えたので私は問題なかったです。 お風呂は良かったのですが、洗い場が少なすぎ、ロッカーも少ないのが、残念でした。

家族5人での利用でスイートにしました。高校2年、1年、中3の息子達と182センチある旦那、部屋が圧迫されることも無くゆとりがありました。ダブルベット2とエキストラベッド(3300円)×2を利用しました。ソファーの背もたれを倒すとソファーベッドになります。薄い敷きパッドとシーツ・掛け布団代での3300円でした。 部屋についてるお風呂も広かったです。 地下1階に大浴場的なものがあり、サウナもついていました。ドライヤーもダイソンでシャワーヘッドもリファでした。 部屋も綺麗で、設備も満足出来るホテルでした。 また岡山に旅行の際は利用したいです。

ホテルの方の対応に大変満足です。外国の従業員の方が多数でしたが、ある意味その辺の日本の人より丁寧だったのが素敵でした。 設備に不備があった時の対応もとても良く、気持ちよく旅行を楽しめました。

上層階だったからか、洗面所やシャワーの水圧が低くて不便だった。 掃除が行き届いていない所があり、気になった。 朝食は美味しかったです！ 商店街を散策したり、アウトレットや美観地区にも歩いて行けて、近くにスーパーもあり、立地は良かったです！

三人での宿泊でしたが部屋の広さには問題なかったのですがイスやテーブルの配慮が欲しかった。 冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターのサービスが欲しかった。
