"We loved this property, it was tucked away far enough off the main road, surrounded by rainforest, I loved waking up listening to the birds. Our host was amazing and went out of there way for us.It felt like home"

"My kids loved being around the animals at the property and waking up to the sounds of cows and horses. We would have loved a tour of the property on one of the tractor trailers included in the stay. The cows and horses were super friendly and calm. The shared kitchen wasn’t the cleanest as it’s shared with some of the station hands. "Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

"This hotel has just been taken over by new owners the staff were saying, so are putting a lot of money into it to get it up to 4 star. The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back."
